Where do you ship?
We ship across the United Kingdom and to a range of supported countries. If we can deliver to you, your country will be available at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
We process orders within 1 to 3 business days, and total delivery is usually 10 to 14 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order is tracked, and you can follow it on our Track My Order page using the link in your shipping email.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange on unworn items with their tags and original packaging. Email us first and we will guide you through it.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we never charge a restocking fee.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, all through Shopify's secure checkout.
Will I pay customs or import charges?
UK orders under £135 have no extra charges. Orders above £135 may attract import VAT and duty, collected by the carrier on delivery.
