Refund policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with what you buy. If something is not right, we make returns straightforward.

The 30-Day Aldbury Lane Promise. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Condition of returns. Items must be unworn and unused, with their original tags attached and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

How to start a return. Please email us at sales@morganwayne.com before sending anything back. We will send you the correct return address and clear instructions. Do not return items before contacting us, as this can delay your refund.

Return postage. Customers usually cover the cost of return postage. If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover the return cost in full.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the funds.

Restocking fee. None. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Right to cancel (UK). If you are in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
