Shipping policy

<p><strong>Free shipping on every order.</strong> Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend and no delivery charge at checkout.</p><p><strong>Order processing.</strong> We process orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over a weekend or on a holiday are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking details once your order ships.</p><p><strong>Delivery times.</strong> We ship through trusted fulfilment partners to keep our pricing fair and our range wide. Estimated total delivery is 10 to 14 business days to the United Kingdom, and 10 to 14 business days to other supported countries. These estimates can be affected by customs, weather, holidays or carrier delays. Countries we cannot ship to are not offered at checkout.</p><p><strong>Tracking.</strong> Every order is tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships, and you can follow its progress on our Track My Order page.</p><p><strong>Import VAT and customs.</strong> UK orders under GBP 135 have no additional charges. For orders above GBP 135, import VAT and any customs duty may be collected by the carrier on delivery, and are the customer's responsibility, along with any carrier handling fee.</p><p><strong>Cancellations.</strong> You may cancel an order that has not yet been processed for a full refund. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled; our returns process applies instead.</p><p>Problems with a delayed, lost, damaged or incorrect parcel?
